I seriously cannot wait to get started. But before we do, I want you to know a few things...
Our time together is very important to me, but so is keeping an on-time schedule.
Appointments that run late not only effect my schedule but also that of my other clients.
For this reason, if you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment time, your service(s) cannot be guaranteed.
If you are 15 or more minutes late, your appointment will automatically require rescheduling.
If you are a no-show for your appointment, you will be required to pay for services prior to booking them.
Kindly provide a minimum of 36 hours for cancellations.
Excessive rescheduling & cancellations are also subject to fees & 'week-of' booking requirements.
Pre-Booking is recommended, but not required.
At the end of your appointment, I encourage you to pre-book your next service(s).
For daytime appointments I tend to book out 2-3 weeks. For evenings, I typically have a 4+ week wait.
I want your hair to always be looking its best & waiting to make your next appointment may interfere with that.
If you prefer to schedule yourself, please keep my lead times in mind.
If you are looking for a same-day appointment, you can call or text Gloss at 920-395-3775. Same-day appointments are not guaranteed.
Children & guests are not permitted to accompany you during your appointment.
Treating yourself to a beauty service is an escape; a break from the day-to-day madness of life.
I want you to enjoy your appointment to the fullest, focus on yourself, & be able to feel at ease while we're together.
Additionally, my safety as well as that of my clients & the expensive tools in my salon are of utmost importance to me.
For these reasons, children & guests are not permitted at your service(s).

As a result, I keep our conversations private.
Sometimes things don't turn out exactly how we expect them to.
If you are unsatisfied with your hair color or cut results, you are encouraged to say so before you leave your appointment.
I want you to LOVE your hair, even if that means that you need to come back after a few days to make it just right.
If after you have a couple days to work with your hair at home you find yourself frustrated, please let me know as soon as possible.
Redos done within 7 days of your service are complimentary.
Redos done between 8-14 days after your service will incur a $40 fee to cover the cost of color &/or products used.
Redos requested after 14 days past your service date will be subject to the full service fee.
