FAQ

Do you require deposits?

At present time, I do not require deposits for services. I do, however, require a card on file which would only be charged in the case of cancelling outside of my cancellation window &/or no-shows.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require 36+ hours notice for all cancellations & reschedules. If you do not provide notice 36+ hours ahead of time that you need to adjust your appointment & I am unable to book someone else in your spot, a fee equal to 50% of the service(s) you have booked will be required to be paid prior to booking another appointment. In the case that your card is declined or you do not pay your rescheduling fee, you will not be allowed to make future appointments until your balance is paid in full. If you are a no call no show for your appointment, a fee equal to 100% of the service(s) you have booked will be charged to your card on file & you will no longer be able to book future appointments. 

Do you do kids services?

I am happy to provide services on children ages 12 & older. All services are charged at the listed prices, regardless of age & gender.

Can I bring a child or guest along?

Due to the nature of my business, the tools & chemicals I use, as well as out of respect for the person I share my building with, I do NOT allow ANY guests or children to accompany clients to their appointments. The only exception to this rule is a moms of infants who are less less than three months old. If you arrive with a child or guest with you, you will forfeit your appointment & be charged a fee equal to 100% of the service(s) you have booked. Teenagers may be dropped off for their service(s) & I will let you know when they can be picked up.
